My Practice
I focus my practice on adult mental health, and I also enjoy supporting adolescents coping with adversity, individuals nearing the end-of-life, and families navigating life-transition. My work involves supporting those with complex mental health and psychiatric needs, as well as those seeking trauma-informed nervous system care for general health and wellness. My goal is to share a safe space for expression and insight development with all who feel ready to engage in their own self-exploration.

Accessibility of Services:
I am pleased to call Marietta and the Ohio Valley my home. I'm passionate about supporting people in my area of Appalachia, and I am fortunate to go to work every day doing exactly that. My home is where I found love for writing and performing my own music locally, painting, trees, my dog, and of course my family and friends.
I feel music and self-expression should be made safe and accessible for people of all ages across the spectrum of neurodiversity. LGBTQIA+ individuals are safe and supported with me. I meet each of my clients with compassion and trauma-sensitive care, regardless of background.

Payment:
I am proud to offer a sliding scale payment system to those in need to help ensure music therapy services are accessible for residents of the greater Ohio Valley via self-pay. I am usually able to accept payments via state or federal waiver programs, and I can also accept HSA/FSA funds. I do not accept insurance at this time. Both in-person and telehealth appointments are available. Contact me to learn more.
Be well and take care,
Abby
